Do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, passwords, OTPs, financial statements or other sensitive documents through the initial enquiry form. Ask for an appropriate secure document-sharing method before transmitting confidential information.
This site uses a Google Fonts stylesheet, which may involve requests to Google's servers. Hosting providers may maintain technical access logs independently.

Website analytics and enquiries
We request your permission before enabling Google Analytics and our private Ledger Labs analytics. If you accept, we may collect pages viewed, campaign source, broad device category, pseudonymous session identifiers and contact-button interactions. These do not automatically reveal your name or phone number. Google Analytics may use cookies and process analytics data under Google's policies.
If you choose to save your enquiry, your submitted name, phone number, selected service and message are stored in our password-protected MySQL database for follow-up. You may still use the WhatsApp/email enquiry option without choosing to save your details here. We do not intentionally store visitor IP addresses in the custom analytics database, although hosting server logs may contain them.
You may decline analytics in the consent banner. To reset a previous decision, clear this website's local storage in your browser. Contact Ledger Labs using the details published on the website to request access to or deletion of saved enquiry data. We will review requests under applicable law.
